Licence Agreement The Comwin software is not for sale. We will grant you a licence to use the demonstration version of the software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the person or entity from which you received the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. 1. Grant of Licence. This EULA grants you the following rights: You may install and use multiple copies of the demonstration version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any prior version, on multiple computers, provided all users of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT agree to be bound by the terms of this licence. You may distribute copies of the demonstration version of the software, free of charge, to other persons or entities provided they agree to be bound by the terms of this licence. 2. Description of other Rights and Limitations. You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Support Services. Comwin or its partners may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support Services"). Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Comwin may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts. Because of the almost infinite number of ways in which Comwin may be used, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. The software is provided on an "as is" basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that the software functions as you expect, with your system. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the software. Comwin Limited, its subsidiaries, suppliers and business partners cannot accept any liability for any failure of the software to perform as described. In no event shall Comwin Limited, its subsidiaries, suppliers or business partners be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, or the provision of, or failure to provide support services.   Click here to to the Download Page
